Suhaimi Bin Lazim graduated with LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. He is admitted as an advocate and solicitor to the Singapore Bar and is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales as well as in Hong Kong.

He has appeared in various complex litigation cases in the Singapore Supreme Court and the Hong Kong High Court, and acted as lead counsel in international arbitrations at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. His vast expertise further covers banking, corporate and commercial dispute resolution and arbitration.

At Mirandah Law, Suhaimi handles all contentious patent litigation matters, representing major pharmaceuticals clients. He has a vast background in this field, stemming from his work on one of Singapore’s landmark patent cases involving a dispute between commercial airlines. He also advises on regulatory compliance in banking, finance and competition law.

He has worked on many high profile insolvency matters that involve corporate restructuring of listed companies, advising financial institutions and insolvency practitioners from major accounting firms.

In his spare time, Suhaimi designs houses as a hobby and his designs have been published in décor magazines in South East Asia.
